Apple Health
- You can track your steps by holding your iPhone whenever you walk. That might be a bit inconvenient for some people and in some cases. Owning an Apple Watch will for sure get you more points as the watch will always be on your wrist during the day.
- Make sure to give INGO Health access to your steps information from Apple Health if you haven’t done that already. For more info on how to do that tap here.
Fitbit
- Fitbit application must be installed in order to sync your Fitbit wearable with your device.
- Steps are tracked using Fitbit wearables only.
- Make sure your steps activity is synced with the Fitbit application before syncing with INGO Health.
Garmin
- Garmin Connect application must be installed in order to sync your Garmin wearable with your device.
- Steps are tracked using Garmin wearables only.
- Make sure your steps activity is synced with the Garmin application before syncing with INGO Health.
HUAWEI Health
- HUAWEI Health application must be installed in order to sync your HUAWEI Health compatible wearable with your device.
- Steps are tracked using HUAWEI Health compatible wearables only.
- Make sure your steps activity is synced with the HUAWEI Health application before syncing with INGO Health.
