INGO can track up to 5 performance indicators (KPIs): Active Calories, Training, Sleep, Steps, and Water. If you see less or more performance indicators on your dashboard, this might be due to one of two reasons:
1- You might have turned off tracking for practices that can affect certain health conditions when you first joined the program.
If this is the case and you wish to enable them back please contact us by tapping on the chat icon in Help or by sending us an email at support@ingo.health .
2- You are using Google Fit as your health tracker
INGO is only able to track steps and training through Google Fit since it is unable to unsure data legitimacy for the other KPIs.
Sleep Activity
Google Fit cannot track your sleep activity without other 3rd party apps, as such, data can be tempered with. To ensure fairness between all the users regardless of the health tracker, this performance indicator is not displayed or accounted for.
Active Calories
"Google Fit uses a combination of your activity, your gender, your height, and your weight to estimate how many calories you burned. It's an estimate of total calories burned and includes your basal metabolic rate (BMR), not just calories you burned in your activity." - Google
INGO displays and accounts for the active calories only which are calories burned during an activity. Since this metric cannot be correctly read from Google Fit, and thus to ensure fairness between users regardless of trackers, this performance indicator is not displayed or accounted for.
