How does the Leaderboard work?

Rounds

Each leaderboard round lasts exactly 30 days, starting and ending simultaneously worldwide.

Coopetition: INGO leaderboards blend cooperation and competition.

Cooperation: In the first phase, all players work together to reach a shared step goal based on the total number of participants. Every step counts toward the target.

Competition: Once the goal is met, the real challenge begins—only the top 10% of players (e.g., 20 in a 200-player leaderboard) will earn rewards.

Voting

At the start of each round, you must vote for the leaderboard you believe will maximize your points. Choose wisely by considering:

- A leaderboard with at least 10 participants.
- A group that will collaborate to hit the target.
- A leaderboard where you have a shot at ranking in the top 10%.

Rewards

Only voters from leaderboards that hit the target receive rewards:

- Top 10% players: 500 Pts.
- Other voters: 50 Pts as a compensation bonus.
