Apple Health
- You don’t need a wearable for sleep tracking, your iPhone is enough.
- Make sure to give INGO access to your sleep information from Apple Health if you haven’t done that already. For more info on how to do that tap here.
- To track your sleep on iOS, make sure that you set up sleep schedules first. For more info on how to create a sleep schedule on iOS tap here.
- Sleep hours are calculated for the day you wake up on. In other terms when you sleep on a Tuesday night and wake up on a Wednesday, the time slept is calculated for Wednesday.
- Sleep hour calculation is not cumulative; INGO will only consider your lengthiest consecutive hours in bed. Say you slept for 6 straight hours at night, then took a nap in the afternoon; we will only regard the 6 hours of sleep and disregard the nap time.
Fitbit
- Fitbit application must be installed in order to sync your Fitbit wearable with your device.
- Sleep activity is tracked using your Fitbit wearable only, which must be worn during sleep.
- Sleep detection can be configured to "Normal" or "Sensitive" in your Fitbit account settings.
- Sleep hours are calculated for the day you wake up on. In other terms when you sleep on a Tuesday night and wake up on a Wednesday, the time slept is calculated for Wednesday.
- Sleep hour calculation is not cumulative; INGO will only consider your lengthiest consecutive hours in bed. Say you slept for 6 straight hours at night, then took a nap in the afternoon; we will only regard the 6 hours of sleep and disregard the nap time.
- Make sure your sleep activity is synced with the Fitbit application before syncing with INGO.
Garmin
- Garmin Connect application must be installed in order to sync your Garmin wearable with your device.
- Sleep activity is tracked using your Garmin wearable only, which must be worn during sleep.
- INGO does not track sleep logs that were manually logged by you. It only tracks sleep activity that was automatically logged by Garmin wearables during sleep.
- Sleep hours are calculated for the day you wake up on. In other terms when you sleep on a Tuesday night and wake up on a Wednesday, the time slept is calculated for Wednesday.

- INGO does not track sleep logs that were manually logged by you. It only tracks sleep activity that was automatically logged by Huawei Health compatible wearables during sleep.

- Make sure your sleep activity is synced with the Huawei Health application before syncing with INGO.
Google Fit
- INGO is unable to track your sleep activity using Google Fit.
