Apple Health (Apple Watch only)
To track your training time you need an Apple Watch.
Make sure to give INGO access to your Exercise time information from Apple Health if you haven’t done that already. For more info on how to do that tap here.
“Every full minute of movement that equals or exceeds the intensity of a brisk walk counts toward your daily Exercise and Move goals. For wheelchair users, this is measured in brisk pushes. Any activity below this level counts only toward your daily Move goal. To make sure that you earn Exercise credit during walks, allow the arm with your Apple Watch to swing naturally. For example, while walking your pet, let the arm with your watch swing freely while the other holds the leash. If you need both hands while walking, for example to push a stroller, you can still earn Exercise credit with the Workout app. Open the app on your Apple Watch and tap Outdoor Walk. The Activity app relies on arm motion and an accelerometer to track movement, but the Workout app can use the accelerometer, the heart rate sensor, and GPS.” - Apple
Fitbit (Fitbit device or Android phone)
Fitbit application must be installed in order to sync your Fitbit wearable with your device.
Training activity is tracked using a Fitbit device or your mobile phone.
Training activity is auto recognized by your Fitbit wearable as an exercise and will be logged after a certain amount of threshold in minutes which can be configured by the Fitbit application. For example, the "Run" exercise can be set to be auto recognized for runs longer than 20 minutes. Any running activity less than the configured amount will not be logged by Fitbit and thus will not be synced with INGO. Moreover, the auto recognize option can be completely turned off for specific exercises if you do not wish Fitbit or INGO to track them.
INGO tracks the time during which your training activity is considered fairly active or very active, i.e. any activity that has been logged by your Fitbit application was an actual training activity.
Make sure your training activity is synced with the Fitbit application before syncing with INGO.
Garmin
Garmin Connect application must be installed in order to sync your Garmin wearable with your device.
Training activity is tracked using Garmin wearables only.
Some training activity (ex: Walk, Run) is auto tracked by your Garmin wearable as an exercise and will be logged after a certain amount of threshold in minutes which can be configured by the Garmin application. For example, the "Run" exercise can be set to be auto recognized for runs longer than 20 minutes. Any running activity less than the configured amount will not be logged by Garmin and thus will not be synced with INGO. Moreover, the auto recognize option can be completely turned off for specific exercises if you do not wish Garmin or INGO to track them.
Make sure your training activity is synced with the Garmin application before syncing with INGO.
