Apple Health
- You can track your steps by holding your iPhone whenever you walk. That might be a bit inconvenient for some people and in some cases. Owning an Apple Watch will for sure get you more points as the watch will always be on your wrist during the day.
- Make sure to give INGO access to your steps information from Apple Health if you haven’t done that already. For more info on how to do that tap here.
Fitbit
- Fitbit application must be installed in order to sync your Fitbit wearable with your device.
- Steps are tracked using Fitbit wearables only.
- Make sure your steps activity is synced with the Fitbit application before syncing with INGO.
Garmin
- Garmin Connect application must be installed in order to sync your Garmin wearable with your device.
- Steps are tracked using Garmin wearables only.
- Make sure your steps activity is synced with the Garmin application before syncing with INGO.
HUAWEI Health
- HUAWEI Health application must be installed in order to sync your HUAWEI Health compatible wearable with your device.
- Steps are tracked using HUAWEI Health compatible wearables only.
- Make sure your steps activity is synced with the HUAWEI Health application before syncing with INGO.
Google Fit
- Google Fit tracks your steps whenever you have your phone on you while walking.
- Make sure your steps activity is updated on Google Fit before syncing with INGO.
- You might need to wait a few minutes before syncing on INGO to allow the data to be read from Google Fit.
