Apple Health
To track your active calories you need an Apple Watch or an iPhone running iOS 16 or greater. Make sure to give INGO access to your active calorie information from Apple Health if you haven’t done that already. For more info on how to do that tap here.

Calories are tracked using Fitbit wearables only.
INGO tracks activity calories only, I.e. calories burned during a fairly active or very active workout or training (Walking, running...). It does not track the total amount of burned calories calculated by Fitbit which will be displayed on your Fitbit wearable.
Make sure your calorie activity is synced with the Fitbit application before syncing with INGO.
