Apple Health
- Open Health app, and tap on your profile picture.
- Scroll down to Privacy, and tap on Apps.
- Tap on ‘INGO’.
- Turn on or off data reading as you want.
Fitbit
- You can enable or disable reading Fitbit's health data directly from INGO:
- Open INGO app, tap on your profile picture, tap on the Settings icon (⚙), then tap 'Your Health Tracker’ .
- Turn on or off Health Tracking.
- If you wish to completely remove INGO's access permissions to Fitbit, you need to revoke the access to Health Hub (INGO's health engine responsible for tracking your progress and rewarding you with points):
- Log in to your Fitbit account from your browser.
- Go to your Fitbit wearable settings > Applications.
- Revoke Health Hub's access.
Garmin
- You can enable or disable reading Garmin's health data directly from INGO:
- Open INGO app, tap on your profile picture, tap on the Settings icon (⚙), then tap 'Your Health Tracker’.
- Turn on or off Health Tracking.
- If you wish to completely remove INGO's access permissions to Garmin, you need to disconnect Health Hub (INGO's health engine responsible for tracking your progress and rewarding you with points):
- Log in on your Garmin Connect app.
- Choose Settings from the menu, then tap on 'Connected Apps’.
- Tap on 'Health Hub', then tap ‘Disconnect'.
Huawei Health
- You can enable or disable reading Huawei health data directly from INGO:
- Open INGO app, tap on your profile picture, tap on the Settings icon (⚙), then tap 'Your Health Tracker’.
- Turn on or off Health Tracking.
- If you wish to completely remove INGO's access permissions to Huawei Health:
- Log in on your Huawei Health app.
- Tap on 'Me' button at the bottom right of the screen to access your profile.
- Tap on your profile picture, then tap on 'Privacy Center’.
- Tap on 'Control account access', then choose INGO, then tap on 'Cancel Authorization button' and confirm.
Google Fit
- You can enable or disable reading Google Fit data directly from INGO:
- Open INGO app, tap on your profile picture, tap on the Settings icon (⚙), then tap 'Your Health Tracker’.
- Turn on or off Health Tracking.
- If you wish to completely remove INGO's access permissions to Google Fit:
- Log in on your Google Fit app.
- Tap on 'Profile' button at the bottom right of the screen to access your profile.
- Tap the settings icon on top next to your profile.
- Tap on 'Manage connected apps', then choose INGO, then tap on 'Remove access' and confirm.
